Very speedy, professional computer service! We are a local law firm in Hartford and needed our network up and running asap as we had a court case that was taking place that day. We called Relieve my PC who was able to come out the same day and restore our network completely within a few hours. We can't appreciate this any more. Thank you guys!

My husband and I had been looking to get our HP laptop screen repaired for about 2 years now because it was completely shattered. Everywhere we went, we got quoted $400 and up. We just didn't see it being worth that much. We recently moved to the area and found this company and were told that it would only cost $200 so we jumped at it and now, finally have our laptop back. I will definitely use this company again in the future. Thanks for all of your help!

BOB-4/17/11 EMAILED THIS COMPANY FRIDAY NITE WITH A DELL LAP TOP SCREEN NOT WORKING. GOT A CALL FROM THE OWNER SATURDAY MORNING AND HE QUOTED $220 WHEN MOST OF THE OTHER PLACE I CONTACTED WANTED UP TO $400. I DROPPED IT OFF SATURDAY AFTERNOON AND HE HAD IT READY SUNDAY AFTERNOON. THE SERVICE WAS ASTOUNDING. HE EVEN FOLLOWED UP WITH ME SUNDAY EVE TO BE SURE ALL WAS OK. I WITHOUT ANY HESITATION WOULD RECOMMEND THESE GUYS TO ANYONE THEY ARE EXCELLENT!

I brought my PC in Tuesday afternoon and picked it up this morning and I'm very impressed with the level of service that I received. Relieve my PC went above and beyond what I originally had asked which was to get a virus removed. When I turned on my computer it was running faster than ever and was clean of all viruses! I will be using you guys in the future! Thanks!

This is the 4th time I've done business with this computer repair company and the service I get is incredible. I've had experiences with companies that aren't very consistent when it comes to service, however each time I receive the same exception service I received the time before. I know what I'm going to get and my expectations are often exceeded. I will continue to do business and highly recommend Relieve my PC to anyone who's looking for someone they can trust to get the job done right.

I took my laptop here as my laptop display was not coming up. He fixed it up as expected and it is working fine. It would be great if they also offer some free services like PC/Laptop tune up for customers who comes for the service

Relieve my PC! Hartford deserves credit when credit is due!!! I took my PC to get repaired at another local shop and after numerous unsuccessful attempts they were unable to remove my virus and said I had to reformat my PC. I did not want to do this as there were programs on there that I needed and did not have the installation disks for. I thought I would take another chance with a local PC repair company and found Relieve my PC after doing a Google search. I saw they had good reviews and thought they must be doing something right! The person I spoke to on the phone was very polite and professional and set me up with an appointment the same day. I dropped off my PC and received a call the next day saying that it was ready to be picked up. I was a little skeptical at first that it was so fast but when I fired up the PC and saw my windows load the desktop once again, I couldn't have been happier! I trust everyone will receive the great service I received when dealing with Relieve my PC! Thank you so much!!!

Super Service! The hard drive on my PC crashed and it was totally off line. I called around and was quoted prices and service time that would have meant more than a week without my PC. I then talked with Victor and he quoted 2 days and a great price - lower than the others, too. He delivered as promised, the PC works great and I recommend Victor and Relieve My PC to everyone. If any of my PCs breaks in the future you can bet I'll call Relieve My PC first.

HONEST FANTASTIC SERVICE!!! I went to several places to get a quote to fix a laptop which had a screen problem. Victor was the first honest person who would give us a reasonable price and an honest answer!!! He fixed it for less money with exceptional turnaround time. One place called PC Tech 4U in Bristol CT kept it for 2 weeks and was going to charge twice the money. I will recommend this company to everyone!!!!
