PLEASE READ THE SERVICE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE ORDERING OUR SERVICE. IF SOMETHING IS NOT CLEAR IN THIS SERVICE AGREEMENT PLEASE DON'T HESITATE TO CONTACT US. BY USING OUR SERVICE YOU ARE AGREEING TO COMPLY WITH AND ARE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING SERVICE AGREEMENT. PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY, AND CHECK THEM PERIODICALLY FOR CHANGES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU SHOULD NOT USE OUR SERVICE.

You agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Service Agreement with respect to our service. This agreement constitutes t entire and only agreement between us and you and supersedes all prior contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to our service and the subject manner of this agreement. This agreement may be amended by us at any time without notice to you. It is your responsibility to review this agreement prior to using our service.
(a)PAYMENTS: You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us or from our merchants that (i) any credit card information you supply is true, correct and complete, (i) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable fees. If PCS are fixed remotely we will collect payment necessary for the service prior to completion of the service rendered.
(b)CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS, AND RETURN POLICY: You can cancel your service appointment if you give Relieve my PC, LLC at least 2 hours notice prior to the appointment. Cancellations must be completed by calling 1-860-740-6562 and leaving a voicemail. There will be a $40 charge for any appointments that are not cancelled before two hours to your appointment.
Any software, hardware, and any other devices installed have a strict no return policy. We are not responsible for malfunctioned or damaged products that are installed. You should contact the manufacturer of the product and are bound by their return policy.
If you are not satisfied with your service we will be more than happy to find a resolution for you. We stand behind our onsite service for 30 days. If there is a problem with the service provided and you notify us within the stated time period. We will work to remedy your problem quickly at no additional cost. Please note this has to be directly related to the service that was purchased and issues that arise that are unrelated will be charged at the going service rate.
ON SITE SERVICE:
(a) User Responsibility: You understand and agree that prior to contacting or allowing Relieve my PC, LLC to perform diagnostic repair on your computer, it is your responsibility to back-up the data, software, information or other files stored on your computer disks and/or drives. You acknowledge and agree that Relieve my PC, LLC shall not be responsible under any circumstance for any loss or corruption of data and/or software.
(b) An adult must be present at the scheduled service time:Anyone 18 years old or older qualifies as an adult. IF A SERVICE PROFESSIONAL ARRIVES AT THIS TIME AND NO ADULT IS PRESENT THEN WE WILL CHARGE A $40 CANCELLATION FEE.
(c) BACKUP YOUR SOFTWARE AND DATA: IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO BACK UP ALL SOFTWARE AND DATA THAT IS STORED ON YOUR COMPUTER'S HARD DISK DRIVE(S) AND/OR ON ANY OTHER STORAGE DEVICES YOU MAY HAVE PRIOR TO THE ARRIVAL OF THE Relieve my PC, LLC SERVICE PROFESSIONAL TO YOUR HOME OR BUSINESS. Relieve my PC, LLC SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE AT ANY TIME FOR ANY LOSS, ALTERATION OR CORRUPTION OF ANY SOFTWARE, DATA OR FILES.
(d) Requirements for Wireless Networking
1) All computers must have a minimum of 10mb of hard disk space and 32 MB of RAM.
2) All passwords must be provided at the time of service
3) Microsoft Windows 98 Operating system or greater
4) Operating system disk and key code
5) All computers and network components must be in working condition and spyware free.
6) For all broadband installations, the broadband services must be installed and operational prior to the time of service, including connections to any broadband modem.
Relieve my PC, LLC RESERVES THE RIGHT FROM PROVIDING SERVICE IF THE CONDITIONS ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR OUR SERVICE PROFESSIONALS TO WORK IN AN EFFECTIVE MANNER. IF SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS ARE NOT MET, NO SOFTWARE, OR HARDWARE IS NOT PRESENT WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCE THE APPOINTMENT AND COLLECT A $40 INCONVENIENCE FEE.
LIMITATION OF REMEDY:
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL Relieve my PC, LLC BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EXPENSES COSTS, PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS OR EARNINGS, LOST OR CORRUPTED DATA, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF, OR RELATED TO, THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY Relieve my PC, LLC OR OUT OF THE INSTALLATION, DEINSTALLATION, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE YOUR COMPUTER EQUIPMENT, HARDWARE, PERIPHERALS, OR THE NETWORK RESULTING FROM THE SERVICES PROVIDED HEREUNDER.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY:
BY USING OUR SERVICE YOU AFFIRMATIVELY
RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS Relieve my PC, LLC FROM AND AGAINST ANY LOSS, LIABILITY, OR DAMAGE THAT YOU ROR THE OWNER OR LESSEE MAY SUFFER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY LOSS OF ANY DATA AND THE NON-FUNCTIONING OF ANY COMPONENT OR ELEMENT OF YOUR COMPUTER EQUIPMENT OR PERIPHERALS RESULTING FROM Relieve my PC, LLC REGARDLESS OF THE WARRANTIES, DISCLAIMERS AND WAIVERS PARTICULAR SERVICE AND SHALL CONSTITUTE LIQUIDATED DAMAGES AND ARE A REASONABLE ESTIMATE OF DAMAGES TO YOU.
Most computer repairs are completed within 1-2 days and are backed by a 30 warranty. Repairs requiring the ordering of parts take 3-5 business days and we install the part on the same day we receive it. Same day expedited computer services are available as well.
