		<description>If manual defrag is a pain, a good alternative is to get a totally automatic defrag program like Diskeeper and set it to run in background mode. It defrags without affecting other functions and runs smoothly keeping the drives in shape. I like it as its not heavy on resources and works well even in low free space on the drive</description>
